How to get your Instagram export (about 5 minutes, then a wait)
- Instagram → your profile → menu → Your activity → Download your information
- Choose Some of your information and tick Content (posts, reels, stories)
- Format: JSON. Date range: last 3 months is plenty. Media quality: Low keeps the file under our 2 GB limit
- Instagram emails you a zip within a day or so. Upload that zip here, unopened
How to get your TikTok export
- TikTok → profile → menu → Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data
- Format: JSON. Request it, then check back in a day or two under the same menu
- Upload the zip here. TikTok's export lists your videos and their likes but does not include the clips themselves, so you get the account read and no per-video scores. To score a TikTok, upload the clip under One video

Your questions and uploads stay private and are never used to train public models.
The export is a JSON file of everything we hold against your account: your profile, content library, knowledge-base files and their text, calendar, community posts, classroom progress, Studio jobs, usage and credit history. It lists your uploaded files but does not contain the files themselves, so download anything you want to keep first.
Deleting removes your account and every file you have uploaded, including profile and reference photos, Studio output, and the video, screenshots and voice notes in workspaces you own. Work you contributed to a calendar somebody else owns stays with that team, with your name removed. What deletion covers.
